Nancy has been a licensed real estate agent working in Atlanta since 1991. Having grown up in Michigan (and still a loyal Wolverine fan) and relocating to Atlanta in 1980 she really feels like she is a "southerner" and definitely knows her way around Atlanta. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, a lifetime member in the ABR Million Dollar Club, a recipient of the integrity award from 14 West REALTORS® and active in the Jewish community. She started her real estate career in Southeast Atlanta (which is now known as East Atlanta) over 19 years ago working with Capitol Realty Company. East Atlanta is now one of the vibrant neighborhoods that has been voted the past few years as one of the hot new friendliest places to live.Nancy just celebrated 12 years of working with Fourteen West REALTORS® (located in the Virginia Highland/Morningside area) and still loves what she does for a living. The intown neighborhoods are where she spends her time helping buyers and sellers find their dream homes. East Atlanta, Grant Park, Decatur, and Virginia-Highland are just a few of the areas that she specializes in. She also manages investment properties and owns a few in the intown area. Having raised two children in a single parent household, Nancy has overcome many challenges and in real estate she will help you overcome the many challenges that buyers and sellers face in today’s market.
Before starting her career change in 1991 to real estate, she was in the nightclub / restaurant business for several years. Nancy was also a singer in a rock band and traveled throughout the Midwest in the late 70’s. Upon her arrival to Atlanta, she worked for many years at Studebakers and was involved in many different aspects of management, marketing, and promotions. Dealing with the public and many of the hurdles one encounters in the restaurant business was something Nancy gladly welcomed into her daily routine. In real estate, it is the same way. She loves showing houses to buyers who look forward to purchasing their first or last home. At the same time Nancy also looks forward to working with sellers, getting their home ready to list, helping them through all the paperwork, and hearing the excitement in their voice when they get their house under contract and closed.
